Colfax Banking Company now offers you the security and paper-free convenience of electronic statement delivery!

Less Clutter
Online Banking automatically stores up to 3 months of your statement history. If you want a paper copy, “Print” and “Save” buttons make it easy for you to print or download a copy of your statement to you PC. You can organize your statements which include check images on your PC by month and year for quick reference.

No more waiting for your statement to arrive each month. Your statement is available days earlier with E-statements.

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the “Statement” link under the “Accounts” tab.
  2. Read and accept the e-disclosure policy.
  3. Follow a few simple steps for enrollment.
  4. Once you are enrolled, you will receive an email notification when a new account statement is available for viewing in Internet banking.
  5. Want a paper copy after all? “Print” and “Save” buttons make it easy for you to print or download a copy of your statement to your PC.
  6. If you currently have Bill Pay, we will convert your account to Free Bill Pay. If you sign up for Bill Pay in the future, we will automatically set up Free Bill Pay for you at that time

Colfax Banking Company Introduces Mobile Banking!

About Mobile Banking

Colfax Banking Company’s Mobile Banking allows you to access your online accounts from just about anywhere. All you need is a cell phone or other mobile device with a web browser capable of viewing secure websites. Use your regular Internet Banking access ID and passcode to log on to Mobile Banking.

Note: The first few times you use Colfax Banking Company’s Mobile Banking you might need to answer a Security Verification Question for security purposes.

Available Services

Once you have logged on, you can access the following services. Online help is available from every page.

  • Account Balances – View the current balance for all your online accounts.
  • Account History – View the activity in your online accounts for the past 30 days.
  • Account Details – View details of your online accounts. The information displayed depends on the type of account you are viewing.
  • Transaction Detail – View the details of any transaction processed in the past 30 days.
  • Transfers – Transfer funds between enabled online accounts. Transfers initiated through Mobile Banking before your financial institution’s Cut-off Time are processed the same day. Transfers made after the Cut-off Time are processed the next business day.

Visa Debit Cards

Enjoy check-free shopping with the convenience of a Visa Debit card. It is accepted anywhere Visa is accepted.

24 Hour Voice Response Number

Do you want phone access to your Colfax Banking Company account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? You can call 1-800-627-6083 for account balances, to see if checks have cleared, or to see if deposits have been made to your account.

5 ATMs with ATM Cards available

Colfax Banking Company has five ATMs conveniently located throughout Grant Parish and now in Rapides Parish. In addition, our ATM cards are accepted at ATMs worldwide.

There is an ATM at each of our five branches:

  • Colfax
  • Prospect
  • Pollock
  • Dry Prong
  • Kingsville

ATM cards are available upon request.

Protect all of your valuables in a safe deposit box. This is a low-cost way to protect your valuables.

Automatic Transfers
